28" - Mechanical Tete Jumeau - Arielle

Doll has a hand painted porcelain head and lower arms. The ears are pierced with earrings. The head is attached to an automated body, the hands go in and out when activated. The eyes are lovely brown paperweights, the wig is kid skin.

The porcelain head is a reproduction of a Jumeau, Paris antique doll. The ideas for the original mechanical doll from K. Wheeler.

28" tall including hat & stand.

The costume is composed of silk ribbon, metallic silk fabric and various pretty trims.
Very sweet.
